Forvis Mazars Emerging Leaders 2025 programme
On October 2025, our principals—Kitty Yu, Wing Tam, and Harris Yuan—participated in the Forvis Mazars Emerging Leaders 2025 programme held in Amsterdam. This enriching four-day event brought together around 65 professionals from 28 countries across our global network, offering a valuable chance to learn from industry experts, exchange fresh ideas, and collaborate on our shared journey of growth.
The programme was filled with intense discussions, insightful sessions, and inspiring teamwork, highlighting the power of diversity and a united purpose. It focused on essential business skills such as effective leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, negotiation, and change management—with an emphasis on applying these skills both personally and within our organisations.
Beyond the learning, it was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with colleagues from various offices and align on a collective vision for the future.
