Extension of walk-in registrations for registered partnerships and limited companies

Additionally, effective from 1 July 2025, the DBD will discontinue the registration of new partnerships and limited companies at commercial registration offices located in areas different from the legal entity’s registered office. Such legal entities wishing to register must do so either at the commercial registration office corresponding to their registered address or through DBD Biz Regist.
