Kodchakorn began her legal career in 2003 and has since accumulated extensive experience across various legal fields, including Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Corporate Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Legal Due Diligence (LDD), and Commercial Contracts. Her work predominantly involves managing complex tasks across diverse industries such as manufacturing, software, services, and international trading.
Kodchakorn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University. She also earned a Diploma in Taxation, further enhancing her expertise in the legal and business domains.
In addition to her core legal expertise, Kodchakorn handles a variety of licenses, including investment promotion applications, school licenses, factory licenses, and recruitment licenses.
