Registering for the BOI’s new Single Window System
Who needs to register?
All companies currently using the Single Window System for visa and work permit services must register for the new system. This process is mandatory and includes an identity verification step to grant you access.
Key dates
Registration for the BOI’s new Single Window System begins after 31 August 2025. Existing user IDs and passwords will not be valid. Therefore, all authorised individuals or their designated company representatives will need to re-register to gain access.
How to register
The registration process varies slightly based on the applicant’s nationality:
- For Thai Nationals: You will verify your identity using the ThaID application. When you select this option, the system will redirect you to the ThaID app for verification. Once successful, your information will automatically populate the registration form. You can review and edit this information before submitting your registration request.
Action required: Before you begin, you must download the ThaID application and create an account on mobile phone. For details on this process, please visit the official ThaID website. - For foreign nationals: You will verify your identity via email.
After submitting your registration
Once your registration request is submitted, a BOI official will review and process it according to their procedures. Upon completion of the review, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set your password to access the system.
Important notes:
- Initial registration limit: For the very first registration, only one person per company will be allowed to register.
- Company user management: After this initial registration is complete, your company will be able to manage its own users within the system.
- Identity verification for representatives:
- Thai authorised individuals or representatives must verify their identity through the ThaID application.
- Foreign authorised individuals or representatives must verify their identity via email.
How to log in
Once you are registered and password is set, you can log in to the system using two methods:
- Using the National ID number/email and password.
- Logging in with ThaID.
