Bharat Dhawan is the Managing Partner of Forvis Mazars in India. He is known for his strategic prowess, driving the firm's growth and expansion across India.

Under his leadership, Forvis Mazars in India has seen remarkable growth, now boasting nine offices and over 1300 professionals. He has spearheaded the introduction of various service lines, including Audit and Assurance, Digital, Trust and Transformation, Government, Infrastructure, Development sector Advisory, Financial Advisory, Outsourcing, Sustainability, and Tax.

With over 20 years of professional experience, he also leads the firm’s corporate finance function, by bringing in his expertise in mergers/ acquisitions/ divestitures, in addition to acquisition integration and financing strategies.

Bharat emphasises personalised client relationships and holistic solutions to drive sustainable growth. He champions diversity and inclusion, evident in Forvis Mazars in India’s workforce, where over 54% are women.

His journey is further enriched by his pioneering participation in the NextMBA program from 2013 to 2015, a groundbreaking initiative introduced by Forvis Mazars in partnership with esteemed academics from around the world.
