Giles Calverley Senior Manager - Accounting & Business Services

Giles heads up our East Midlands Accounts and Business Advisory team, working alongside and independently to our Audit and Assurance team. He is also part of the national leadership team for the Accounts and Business Advisory in the UK.

Experience 

Since joining in 2004 Giles has had various roles within the firm, including supporting privately owned businesses of all sizes, in all aspects of business needs.

Currently, he supports audited businesses to meet their statutory requirements throughout the year. He also leads our UK non-audit offering alongside David Hoose to the academy sector, having grown the business from scratch.

Work Highlights 

• Building the academy sector offering from scratch, and becoming a sector specialist and trusted advisor within the firm.
• Growing a fledgling team of four team members and increasing its size threefold in 2 years, alongside significant growth in work.
