Governance Council
The UK Governance Council (UKGC) is responsible for the supervisory oversight of the LLP and the Business.
The terms of reference of the Governance Council can be found here. The Governance Council has established two sub-committees to assist in providing supervisory oversight. The Audit & Risk Committee (ARC) and the Remuneration Committee (RemCom).
The UKGC may comprise eight members elected from the partnership, together with up to two co-opted partners and up to two co-opted non-partners. Members are elected for a period of four years and are eligible to stand for a maximum of three terms if re-elected.
