New Managers Development Programme 2025
From 26–28 November, seven newly promoted managers from Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong took part in the New Managers Development Programme in Bangkok, Thailand, joining peers from across the APAC region.
Over three intensive days, our managers engaged in a rich learning journey covering core leadership topics, including communication and culture, business development, client experience, the rising importance of AI, innovation-driven thinking, and the evolving role of today’s managers.
