On 23 November 2022, our Directors and Managers attended The HKIoD 25th Anniversary Dinner cum Presentation of Directors Of The Year Awards 2022 at HKCEC, to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of both HKSAR and the HKIoD in the theme of “From resilience to sustainability”, and witness the awarding of outstanding boards and directors in publicising the significance of good corporate governance and and director professionalism.

Our Tax Senior Manager, Karen Lau was one of the facilitators of the International Tax Course of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) Professional Diploma in China Tax and Professional Diploma in Hong Kong Tax this year. With the extensive experience in transfer pricing, Karen provided participants with a key concept of international taxation, as well as shared practical taxation skills and competent tax advice with respect to cross border transactions in the transfer pricing workshop and tutorials.
