On 19 August 2025, our principal, Harris Yuan participated as a guest speaker in the “Meet Hong Kong in Hunan, Lead the World through Innovation(湘遇香港，創領世界)” cultural and creative industry roundtable held in Changsha, Hunan. The event was jointly organized by the Invest Hong Kong of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), the Management Committee of Malanshan (Changsha) Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park, and the Hunan Liaison Unit of the HKSAR Government’s Wuhan Economic and Trade Office.

Last week, our Tax Director, Grace Xia, was delighted to attend a significant event, the Beijing Delegation, organized by TIHK. During the delegation visit to Beijing, Grace, together with Hong Kong tax industry leaders met with representatives from the Ministry of Finance, the State Taxation Administration, the China Certified Tax Agents Association, the Beijing Certified Tax Agents Association, the Chinese Tax Institute, and the China International Taxation Research Institute.

Last week, our head of capital markets, Paul She along with audit partner, Samuel Lam & tax director Grace Xia, co-conducted the “Chinese Companies Going Global: Overseas Listing Strategies” sharing session (中國企業海外佈局：上市專題分享會), with ZSZH Shanghai and Forvis Mazars.

Recently, our partner, Cyrus Fong joined FS leaders from around the world at the Forvis Mazars Global Financial Services Conference 2025 in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Together, participants delved into critical topics to advance our strategic priorities—delivering high-quality solutions to the market and doubling down on our commitment to Unmatched Client Experience. They also shared the FS strategies of Forvis Mazars, discussed current challenges, and explored ways to turn them into opportunities to better prepare for the months and years ahead.
