Luigi is Manager of Forvis Mazars Italy's “Deal Value Creation” service line with 10 years of industry and consulting experience.

During his experience Luigi has supported companies in restructuring and internationalization procedures as well as defining business strategies aimed at performance improvement and business direction as well as developing cost efficiency and revenue optimization policies. He has been involved in strategic planning, support of M&A and internationalization processes as well as carve-outs and post-merger integrations.

Today, he mainly works on strategic and restructuring plans, including Carve - Out and Post Merger integration projects as well as Business Model Review, Business Plan and IBR projects. Throughout his career, he has worked on different industries and cross-country projects.
