Background
Amy commenced her career in the field of professional corporate secretarial services when she joined a major international CPA firm upon graduation. She joined Forvis Mazars in 2007 and works closely with clients and contacts of various professions.
Experience in various aspects of corporate services activities and management consultancy throughout her experience with international CPA firms and international bank groups covering the establishment, full range of regulatory compliance, restructuring and liquidation of companies and trusts under various legislations and in various jurisdictions, as well as non-profit making organisations in Hong Kong.
Experience in trust setup and management, tax affairs, and day-to-day administration of the clients' businesses, and provides support on due diligence regarding corporate secretarial and compliance with the money laundering and terrorists-financing regulations.
