✨ Grow – Workshops such as handmade scent sachet making and coffee ground planting encouraged colleagues to explore creativity and discover sustainable practices in an engaging environment.
🤝 Belong – Sharing bubble tea, coffee, and snacks, joining fun games like the claw machine, gashapon machine, lucky draw sessions, and capturing memories at the photobooth created moments of joy and bonding. These experiences nurtured the sense of community and inclusivity where everyone feels valued.
🌍 Impact – Beyond the activities, we recognized our amazing colleagues for their dedication through the Long Service Award Ceremony and partnered with The Salvation Army through our Giving Corner, extending support to the wider community.
