Caterina Foppa Pedretti HR & Payroll Senior Manager

Caterina Foppa Pedretti is qualified in Labor Consulting in Milan, has two master's degrees in Education and Public and Labor Policies and a PhD from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. She spent years of research and teaching in many universities and cultural institutions in Italy and in the Middle East. She has worked for a long time in personnel administration and labor consulting in important local and international Companies based in Milan.

Since May 2022 she has been part of Forvis Mazars in Milan and she is currently Senior Manager for payroll, HR and labor consulting services.

She is expert in applying different NCBA and she has deep knowledge of procedures related to employment opportunities and hiring incentives and about management of relationship with labor institutions (INPS, INAIL, Labor inspection organizations), especially for income support measures and different types of cost-saving employment actions, such as furloughs, layoffs and reduction in force, as well as Company-level agreements and employee welfare benefit plans.

She is expert in providing national and international clients with labor consulting, labor updates, global mobility, termination of employment contracts and dismissals, labor law litigation, procedures of conciliation and dispute resolution processes and extraordinary transactions.
