Cristian Brigante Accounting & Reporting Manager

Cristian holds a degree and a specialization in Finance from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Since 2019, he has developed his career in the Real Estate sector, gaining valuable experience in both Private Equity funds with real estate assets and securitization vehicles involving ABS RE.

Experience

Cristian is currently part of the Real Estate division at Forvis Mazars, where he focuses on hotel property valuations, operator selection, strategic advisory, and USALI reclassifications. He has accumulated significant experience in asset management with leading Italian and international listed closed-end real estate investment funds (FIA riservati) and open-ended funds with real estate underlying assets. 

His expertise also extends to underwriting processes for acquisitions of single assets or portfolios of non-performing loans (UTP), overseeing value enhancement strategies in REOCO and securitization frameworks. Previously, Cristian worked for a top international real estate consultancy, specializing in the technical aspects of out-of-town retail, including shopping centers, retail parks, factory outlets, as well as logistics and office properties.
