Filippo has more than 5 years of experience primarily in the banking, asset management and non-performing loans industry, first as an auditor and then as a consultant, working with both private and listed companies. The duties carried out include the preparation of reports for valuation, purchase price allocation and impairment test purposes, the preparation of fairness opinions and legal opinions, the development of strategic plans and the sale of non-performing loan portfolios.
