Degree in Law from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE, Madrid, obtaining in turn the title of Corporate Legal Advisor by that same University and Certificate in Law of European Communities.

Designated Expert for the European Union by the European Economic and Social Committee in terms of public procurement and contracts of public concessions. Member of Provincial Electoral Board of Madrid in 2007 municipal and regional election, in 2008 General Election to Congress and Senate, in 2009 election for the European Parliament and in 2011 municipal and regional election. Member of the Board of Data Protection Agency of Community of Madrid in his capacity as Expert on the matter, designated by the General Assembly of Community of Madrid. Arbiter of the Court of Arbitration of Madrid Bar Association and member of Madrid Bar Association itself as well as member in his capacity as collaborator Partner of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence and Legislation. Active Representative and Secretary of the Board of Directors of several foundations and entities, respectively. Author of several books and publications and lecturer at different forums and courses on these subjects.

After having developed since 1993 all his professional career in the area of Public and Administrative Law, in September 2010 he joins Forvis Mazars as international Partner, from his former law office in order to develop and be in charge of the Company’s Public Law, Administrative and Regulatory Department.
