Carlo joined Forvis Mazars in 2024 and is Director in the “Deal Value Creation” service line.

Certified Public Accountant and member of the AIFI M&A Committee, Carlo has more than 20 years of experience in financial and strategic consulting, gained at leading international consulting firms, with a focus on corporate finance and investment banking transactions.

During his professional experience, he has carried out several projects in the field of strategic consulting and in particular Strategic Plans, Business Model Review, Business Plan, IBR, Debt Restructuring Projects, Carve - Out, company valuation, M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) both for Private Equity companies and corporate clients, IPOs, project financing transactions, LBO/MBO, and Post Merger Integration projects on behalf of leading clients in different industries.
