Experience

Giovanni has been a Chartered Accountant in Milan since 1998. He led the local tax practice of a prominent law firm and the tax and M&A European department of a large multinational manufacturing group. He specialises in corporate tax and Vat advice focusing on special projects. He assists domestic and multinational groups in local and cross-border corporate transactions such as M&A, de-mergers, assets deals and liquidation procedures. He is also tax advisors for national and multinational companies and provides on a regular basis assistance in tax inspections and tax litigations, also on transfer pricing matters. Giovanni serves as member in various Board of Directors and Statutory Auditors Board.
