Foundation Manager - Forvis Mazars Foundation UK Graeme Marsh

Graeme manages the Forvis Mazars Foundation UK, an independent registered charity funded by an annual donation from the partnership of Forvis Mazars in the UK. The foundation's purpose is to support under-resourced young people to achieve their potential and feel positive about the future.

Experience 

Graeme is a specialist in corporate philanthropy, grant making, charity finance and governance. He has over a decade of sector experience in both the UK and overseas, and holds an MSc in Grant Making, Philanthropy and Social Investment with Distinction from Bayes Business School, winning the Faculty of Management WCCSA Prize for his essay on 'Strategy, Diversity and Governance in Corporate Foundations. 

He has appeared on sector podcasts and at conferences and is a guest lecturer at City University on the topic of corporate foundation leadership; he also holds a Certificate in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and the Diploma in Charity Accounting from ICAEW and continues to develop his professional knowledge and experience.

Work highlights 

Graeme has worked with the firm's CEO, Executive Committee, internal teams and the Foundation's trustee board to develop the strategy and operational systems of the Forvis Mazars Foundation, taking the foundation from its constitution in January 2025 to being a fully operating grant-making charity by June 2025. 

He has also developed the foundation's financial and grant-making systems, policies, processes, and communications— supported by the firm's internal teams—to launch the firm's new foundation and engage a new portfolio of charity partnerships.
