- Reflects Forvis Mazars’ proactive approach to enhancing the sustainability of its operations
- New space houses an innovation lab to enhance delivery of forward-thinking solutions
Currently operating from One St Peter’s Square, Forvis Mazars is expanding its presence, relocating the team to approximately 26,000 sq ft of premium office space at Aviary. This move more than doubles the size of the firm’s current footprint and comes as a direct result of exceptional growth in Manchester – with headcount having grown significantly since XXX, reflecting the expansion of services and rising demand for its expertise in the region.
Aviary is designed to champion sustainability and innovation. The building is one of Manchester’s most sustainable and digitally advanced commercial spaces, achieving BREEAM Excellent certification, NABERS 5★ rating, WiredScore Platinum, and EPC A. This aligns with Forvis Mazars’ proactive approach to enhancing the sustainability of its operations. The new office will also feature an innovation lab, designed to host client sessions focused on solving complex business challenges and driving forward-thinking solutions.
Steve Abbott, Manchester Office Managing Partner at Forvis Mazars in the UK, commented: “Our move to The Aviary is about creating a space that matches the ambition and energy of our Manchester team of over 400 people led by 20 partners. This new office gives us room to grow, collaborate, and innovate at scale. The addition of an innovation lab means we can work side by side with clients to tackle their biggest challenges and unlock new opportunities for their businesses.”
Gareth Jones, Partner and Head of Growth at Forvis Mazars in the UK, added: "Manchester is a dynamic, thriving business hub, and Aviary gives us the space and facilities to match that energy. By investing in this new office, we’re reinforcing our commitment to the North West and ensuring businesses here have access to the expertise and innovation they need to succeed.”
