Forvis Mazars announces the appointment of Fred Dearden as Partner, Head of Private Equity

Based in London, Fred will focus on developing the firm’s specialist cross-service line private equity team alongside continuing to build a private equity centric M&A practice, servicing business owners who are looking to take on new or further investment.

With close to 15 years of experience, Fred brings extensive expertise to the role, having previously served as Director at Forvis Mazars, during which time he has formed and led the firm’s focus with Private Equity in the UK.
