On 8 May 2025, Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong collaborated with Alliance Française de Hong Kong to host a delightful Lunch & Learn session! A huge thanks to our speaker, David Cordina who has fruitful experience in leading workshops at various museums, came to share fascinating stories about Versailles and the sweet secrets of France's iconic desserts.

To kick off the holidays, our team at Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong gathered on 13 December 2024 for a heartwarming culinary experience. Guided by Muriel Vass from Alliance Française de Hong Kong, we dove into the art of making a classic French mushroom soup from scratch.
Baba au rhum Making Workshop (28 June 2024)

On 28 June 2024, our interns and graduate associates gathered together to make the classic French dessert, baba au rhum. It is a lovely yeast-risen cake filled with rich vanilla custard cream and soaked in hot rum syrup. 🍞
