To kick off the holidays, our team at Forvis Mazars in Hong Kong gathered on 13 December 2024 for a heartwarming culinary experience. Guided by Muriel Vass from Alliance Française de Hong Kong, we dove into the art of making a classic French mushroom soup from scratch.
Baba au rhum Making Workshop (28 June 2024)
On 28 June 2024, our interns and graduate associates gathered together to make the classic French dessert, baba au rhum. It is a lovely yeast-risen cake filled with rich vanilla custard cream and soaked in hot rum syrup. 🍞

Lunar New Year Celebration at Mazars in Hong Kong (6 February 2024)
Lunar New Year is important to our culture as it is a time of unity, prosperity, and new hope for the future. On 6 February, we were grateful to share the joy and celebrate this special occasion together by hosting a Fai Chun (spring couplet) Writing x CNY Snack Time! Our colleagues gathered around to write their unique spring couplets with the guidance of a skilled master, along with delicious CNY snacks and meaningful cookies from Caritas La Vie Bakery, a social enterprise that enhances employment of people with disabilities.
