AI is moving faster than boards can govern it. Rapid advances in technology, increasing regulatory scrutiny and rising expectations around productivity are creating unprecedented pressure on boards to move beyond experimentation and demonstrate real value. Among the noise and hype, there is genuine opportunity. So how can NEDs help their organisations turn AI ambition into measurable outcomes, while managing risks that are still developing?
This session is designed for NEDs who want practical insights into how boards can drive real value from AI. Drawing on real-world experience from two of the world’s most well-known brands, the session will cover:
Our expert speakers will share first-hand perspectives on how AI is being governed, implemented and measured at scale, followed by open discussion and audience Q&A.
Created in response to feedback from NEDs across our network, the series offers topical insights, practical briefings and space to share experiences with fellow board members. It’s a chance to learn from peers grappling with similar challenges and to explore how boards can provide confident oversight as AI scales.
The NED Series by Forvis Mazars is a growing community, exploring the issues that matter most to today’s boards. From AI and climate risk to cybersecurity and stakeholder expectations, each session is shaped by NEDs themselves, addressing real boardroom challenges.
