Alan is a Partner and leads the Management consulting team at Forvis Mazars. He specialises in transformation and change, with a focus on people, processes, controls and systems to help organisations achieve their strategic ambitions. Alan is a qualified accountant with certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, and is a Chartered Management Consultant.

Experience

With over 17 years of experience at Forvis Mazars, Alan specialises in transformation and change with a focus on finance and HR functions. He has led complex transformation programmes for a wide range of clients, including FTSE-listed companies, large international groups, privately owned businesses and public sector organisations.

Alan brings deep expertise in designing and delivering strategic change initiatives that drive operational efficiency, enhance performance and embed sustainable improvements. Leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile project management, as well as his proprietary software that he has designed called PeopleXplore, Alan ensures that transformation efforts are both effective and measurable.

As a Chartered Management Consultant and ACA-qualified accountant, Alan combines strong financial insight with a nuanced understanding of organisational dynamics.
