Background
CeCe is a Partner and the Head of our Financial Services Risk Consulting practice at Forvis Mazars Hong Kong. She is a Chartered Accountant and an established professional, originally from Europe, with over 20 years of solid risk assurance, regulatory compliance, governance, internal controls, technology risk management and IT audit experience, focusing on the financial services industry. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, CeCe worked at both PwC and KPMG and has been a Big 4 Partner for several years providing a range of assurance and advisory services, among an extensive portfolio of high profile and priority clients, including the main global investment banks, asset management firms, major insurance corporations, commercial / retail / licensed digital banks, leading digital asset exchange providers, government bodies and listed companies.
A strong proven track record to lead and build a multitude of teams to assist clients conduct independent assessments over business processes & IT / cyber related controls to meet regulatory requirements and deliver results to exceed stakeholder expectations. CeCe also specializes in attestation services to provide quality assurance over internal controls (including IT / cyber related controls) to meet global standards, such as ISAE3402 / SOC1 / SOC2 reporting for international clients.
Building trust and valued relationships in the community, CeCe has been invited as a guest speaker, chair, and moderator at various industry events and served as Convener and a key member of the ISACA “She Leads Tech” Committee. She has also contributed towards various thought leadership throughout her career and volunteered to act as both judge and lecturer at multiple university events.
