Yang Lei Manager - Transfer Pricing

Rachel is a Manager within the UK Transfer pricing team. She joined the firm in February 2024. She is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received her Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.

Experience 

Rachel has over seven years of experience in transfer pricing, advising a number of UK and overseas-based multinationals on various aspects of transfer pricing including the design of transfer pricing policies, planning, implementation, documentation, compliance and controversy. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked with two Big Four accounting firms in New York and China on transfer pricing and tax asset management.
