Duncan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience undertaking external audit and valuation assignments.

Duncan has valued whole companies, minority shareholdings, intangible assets (including intellectual property and technology assets) for small and medium sized enterprises and private and public companies globally. He has produced reports for various stakeholders including the Pensions Regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, administrators, security agents, company directors, company shareholders and investors.
