With the government facing the challenge of delivering a pipeline of over £700bn in infrastructure projects, these need to be supported by effective procurement models to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.

This workshop will bring together senior representatives from UK infrastructure and utilities organisations for a focused, practice led discussion on how modern procurement approaches can unlock more resilient, collaborative and outcome driven project delivery. We'll explore:

  • Emerging procurement models and how they are reshaping UK infrastructure delivery
  • Structuring early contractor and supply chain involvement
  • Best practice in collaborative contracting, including NEC based and alliance style models
  • Governance frameworks that support joint delivery across complex programmes
  • National and international case studies demonstrating practical application and lessons learned
  • Next steps and considerations for organisations seeking to modernise procurement and delivery models

The session will be led jointly by our team and the King’s College expert, sharing global perspectives and research based best practice.
