Transfer pricing
A global view on a business-critical, fast-evolving issue.
Forvis Mazars is proud to be a Gold Sponsor of the Tax Controversy Leaders Conference, taking place in London on 11 November 2026. The conference brings together senior tax leaders, in-house tax teams, advisers and tax authorities to discuss the latest developments in tax controversy, dispute resolution, transfer pricing audits, tax transparency and governance.
As part of our sponsorship, members of the Forvis Mazars Tax Controversy and Transfer Pricing teams will be attending from across our international network, sharing insights and discussing the practical challenges organisations face in managing tax risk in an increasingly complex global environment.
In addition to our sponsorship, two of our specialists will be moderating panel discussions featuring senior tax leaders from some of the world's leading multinational organisations: · Gabriel Fuenmayor, Partner, Forvis Mazars UK, will moderate "Managing Transfer Pricing Controversy & Disputes" at 11:55. The panel includes tax leaders from SES, Shell, Vodafone and Triton Partners and will explore the evolving transfer pricing controversy landscape, including audit activity, dispute management and practical approaches to resolving cross-border tax disputes.
Alistair Culverwell, Partner, Forvis Mazars UK, will moderate "Responding to Tax Transparency Requirements, Information Disclosures & Appeal Determinations" at 14:50. The panel includes tax leaders from Holcim, ZF Holdings B.V., BATA Group and Reckitt and will discuss how organisations are responding to increasing tax transparency requirements, disclosure obligations and heightened stakeholder scrutiny.
These sessions will provide practical insights into some of the most significant tax controversy challenges facing multinational groups today, from transfer pricing disputes and tax authority engagement through to governance, transparency and risk management.
We look forward to connecting with delegates throughout the event and discussing the latest developments in tax controversy, transfer pricing and international tax.
