Forvis Mazars welcomes 268 trainees across the UK
The intake includes a record number of school leavers, with 93 joining the firm this year compared with 79 in 2025, reflecting Forvis Mazars' continued focus on broadening access to the profession through a range of entry pathways, including school-leaver, apprenticeship programmes and graduate schemes.
As part of Forvis Mazars’ ongoing investment in its people, trainees will receive communication and relationship-building skills, technical training, professional qualifications and opportunities to develop in-demand skills in data, technology and AI, helping them build successful careers for the future and helping clients prepare for what’s next.
This investment is already reflected in strong early outcomes. September 2025 joiners are performing well in their professional qualification studies, with graduate trainees achieving results above ICAEW national averages across examinations. School leaver trainees have also successfully completed the first year of a newly designed programme developed in partnership with BPP.
