Mansfield Pollard

Mansfield Pollard & Co was founded in Bradford in 1866 and is today a £20m+ turnover specialist provider of industrial air handling units, kitchen ventilation and acoustic systems.

Managing director Lou Frankland and operations director Bryan Bentley have purchased the business from sole shareholder and chairman Alan Pollard.  

Mazars were able to negotiate a deal that proved attractive to both parties, despite previous aborted exits.§The business services large and complex projects and as such has large working capital swings during its trading year. Therefore it was essential working capital was reviewed thoroughly.
