Our Deal advisory team is delighted to announce that it has advised on the successful secondary buyout of Boston Multi Family Office (“Boston MFO”), backed by Horizon Capital LLP (“Horizon Capital”).
Boston MFO is a leading Isle of Man based multi-family office that provides a full suite of family office and fiduciary services globally.
Following Rockpool Investments’ exit, Horizon Capital will take a majority stake in the company, supporting the management team as they continue on to successfully grow the business organically and through further acquisitions.
Our Deal Advisory team also advised on the initial Management Buy-Out by Katherine Ellis and Alex McNee in October 2019 and were excited at the opportunity to be appointed as lead adviser in the secondary transaction.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approval.
