Advising on the sale of Fox Group Global

Headquartered in Warrington, Cheshire, Fox supplies a range of aesthetic products, including branded injectables, pharmaceutical items, and related equipment, to customers across the UK.

DD Group distributes dental and medical products across the UK and Europe and, through its MedFx division, supplies the aesthetics sector.

This acquisition enables DD Group to better service the UK aesthetics market and expand the product portfolio for customers.
