Financial and tax due diligence support to Blackfinch Energy for its acquisition of Muirhall Wind Farm Extension Limited in the UK

Blackfinch Energy’s portfolio has over 70 sites across the UK, diversified across both wind and solar and secured against a variety of revenue profiles, including both subsidised and unsubsidized.

Forvis Mazars has advised Blackfinch on its acquisition of Muirhall Wind Farm Extension, a high-performing, two-turbine wind project located in South Central Scotland. The wind farm has the capacity to produce approximately 19 gigawatt hours (GWh) annually - enough renewable energy to power the equivalent of 5,500 homes each year.
