Adam is a Partner in Forvis Mazars’ Valuation practice, focussing on valuations for Tax and Financial Reporting purposes. He advises clients across a range of sectors, from owner-managed businesses to VC and PE investors and large multinational corporations.

• The design and valuation of a management equity plan for a private equity backed Premier League football club
• The valuation of a multi-billion dollar intellectual property portfolio of a Fortune 500 tech company to assess the quantum of UK tax amortisation relief available upon its transfer to the UK
• Assessing the corporation exit tax charges arising in 27 jurisdictions under the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines following a post-merger reorganisation of three global business in the hotel sector acquired by a private equity investor for $2bn
• Assistance with the restructuring of a PE fund manager involving the valuation of unallocated carried interest across all its funds and interests in a newly established Holdco
