Charlotte is a Tax Dispute Resolution Director advising individuals, trustees and businesses on managing complex tax enquiries, investigations and/or disclosures with HM Revenue & Customs. She develops case management strategies, leads technical negotiations and supports proactive governance to minimise future disputes.

Charlotte brings 12 years of experience, gained at Big Four and top-10 professional services firms, where she built a strong reputation for managing large, complex COP8 and COP9 investigations with HMRC (amongst other disclosure types). 

She is known for her calm approach to guiding clients through high-stakes and often emotive disputes with clarity, empathy and technical excellence, consistently achieving favourable and pragmatic outcomes. She works closely with intermediaries to support her clients.
