Chris Hodge Director - Due Diligence

As an experienced due diligence director, Chris helps businesses, investors and management teams execute a range of acquisition, disposal, debt and equity fundraising and other transaction events.

Experience 

Chris has over 20 years of deal advisory experience. He has been involved in over 200 deals on both the buy and sell side, for a wide range of corporates, not-for-profit organisations, investors and funders, including significant experience of cross-border transactions (in particular across Europe and the US). Chris has worked with SME's through to global listed organisations and has provided buy and sell-side financial due diligence, pre-lending reviews, vendor assist services as well as advice on completion mechanisms and other SPA, and post-deal considerations.

• Chris has extensive experience of cross-border transactions and has close working relationships with numerous of our colleagues globally. He is also a French speaker.
• Over the past 15 years, Chris has worked with numerous businesses in the Transport and Logistics sector, assisting clients with buy-and-build strategies as well as diversification into new service offerings and geographical markets.
• Chris also has significant experience of working with businesses in the technology, business and professional services, education, healthcare and consumer goods sectors.
