Emma is a Partner and she leads our Mid-market team across London and the South East, with a career dedicated to supporting privately owned and mid-market businesses ranging in size from startups to multimillion pound groups. She ensures clients receive a fully integrated and value-driven service, offering long-term, proactive guidance and support throughout their lifecycle.

Experience

Emma’s strength is in providing a full support service to businesses and their owners, through growth to eventual exit, utilising her specialism in corporate tax. Over the past 16 years, she has invested time to understand her clients' businesses and their stakeholders' short, medium and long-term goals, and supports them with relevant advice and tax strategies to achieve these.  Areas she advises and reports on include group reorganisations, tax strategy, international expansion, tax residency, equity reward options, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, loan relationship compliance and group structure tax efficiency. Emma recognises that all her clients and their businesses are unique, and the time she devotes to understanding them ensures her advice is always relevant and bespoke.

• Joining the Forvis Mazars Partnership really is a career highlight for Emma. She started her accountancy journey straight from school in an apprentice role, which was quite a new route at the time. She always knew Partner was the "end goal", but achieving it after so many years of exams, challenges and hard work, really was a moment she was proud of.
