Emma leads our Mid-market tax team across London and the South East, with a career dedicated to supporting privately owned and mid-market businesses. She ensures clients receive a fully integrated and value-driven service, offering proactive guidance and long-term support across all areas of their business to ensure maximum efficiency and output.

Experience

Emma specialises in providing a full support service to businesses and their owners, through growth to eventual exit. Over the past 14 years, she has invested time to understand her clients' businesses and their stakeholders' short, medium and long-term goals, and supports them with relevant advice and tax strategies to achieve these. For example, for dynamic scale-ups, she has advised on group reorganisations, international expansion, equity reward options and pre-audit readiness requirements. For businesses that have been through a recent transaction, Emma's team can provide a comprehensive report of compliance with various areas of loan relationship legislation following the introduction of new capital and debt amounts.

• Joining the Forvis Mazars Partnership really is a career highlight for me. Having dropped out of University at 18, I started my accounting journey in an apprentice role a year later.
