Fiona Frith Director - Forensic & Valuations Services

Fiona is a Director in the Forensic & Valuation Services team and is an experienced forensic accountant who has worked in the context of a wide range of dispute resolution, investigation and other forensic accounting matters.

Experience 

Fiona has over 20 years' experience as a forensic accountant. Her dispute resolution experience encompasses quantification of loss arising in contractual liability disputes, breach of warranty claims, financial reporting disputes, completion accounts disputes, professional negligence claims and contentious valuations. Fiona's investigations experience includes investigations for regulatory bodies, fraud allegations and other financial investigations. Fiona also has experience working across a wide range of sectors including Hospitality, Aviation, Energy and Financial Services.

Work Highlights 

She has significant experience supporting Expert Witnesses and advisors through the drafting of expert reports, attending meetings of experts and assisting expert witnesses in their preparation to give evidence. She has worked in the context of instructions in the High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, Regulatory Tribunals, Criminal Courts in the UK and the US, Tax Tribunals and in the context of Expert Determinations.
