Harri is an Associate Director in the Valuations team, focusing on commercial and portfolio valuations.

Experience

Harri is an ACA qualified valuations specialist with over 13 years of experience in providing commercial valuations advice on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and capital raising situations gained in a Big 4 valuations practice.

He has significant experience delivering portfolio valuations compliant with IPEV Guidelines. He has a track record of working closely with executives and senior directors in the asset management sector, including PE houses, sovereign wealth funds and VC investors, with a strong understanding of current trends in the asset management industry.

Work highlights

Harri has provided quarterly fair value estimates, compliant with IPEV Guidelines, of a PE portfolio for investor reporting purposes of a listed investment vehicle. The fair value of the portfolio was material to the client.

He has significant experience in reviewing financial reporting valuations prepared by asset manager clients and independent third-party valuers. These include hard-to-value assets such as start-ups, early-stage businesses, technology, fintech, media and infrastructure and private credit investments.
