Experience
Helen joined the firm in 2006, initially sitting within external audit, where she trained as a Chartered Accountant. She has spent the last 10 years in consulting, with a focus on advising clients on improving long-term performance and growing the value of their business. This covers a range of areas including strategic and cultural transformation, business planning and performance management, pre- and post-merger integration and IPO planning and execution.
These are typically large-scale, transformation projects where effective project and change management methods are critical. As business leaders drive transformation, they must also evolve their culture to support new ways of working. Helen advises her clients on how to unlock competitive advantage through people-led change.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a FTSE10 BioPharma’s integration planning for a $40bn acquisition
Led a 10-month programme for the carve-out and integration of a £200m engineering & energy company (with 2000 staff) into a Global energy group with a turnover of £650m. This involved a full rebrand of all Group entities, impacting 4,500 staff.
