Hermione is a partner in the Accounting advisory services team, providing clients with technical accounting advisory and financial reporting services in IFRS and FRS 102. As part of her role, she provides specialist support to companies to implement the new FRS 102 amendments to revenue recognition and lease accounting.

Experience

Hermione is a financial reporting specialist with more than 20 years’ experience in IFRS and FRS 102. She provides tailored solutions to clients’ financial reporting needs that include technical advisory, financial statements, FD support and CPD training.

She specialises in the upcoming FRS 102 amendments to revenue recognition and lease accounting, having successfully led end-to-end implementations of IFRS 15, IFRS 16 and FRS 102/IFRS transitions for companies across sectors. This includes high-profile companies in the retail and technology, media & telecommunication sectors.

Hermione's depth of knowledge and practical experience ensure pragmatic and scalable solutions, allowing clients to successfully navigate the increasingly complex accounting landscape with clarity and confidence. She is passionate about adding value to clients and their businesses, delivering high quality and ensuring client experience and satisfaction.

She is a regular speaker at conferences as a subject matter expert on IFRS and FRS 102 and leads several thought leadership initiatives.
