Jon is a Director in our financial due diligence team based in London. He advises corporates, venture capital firms, and private equity houses on a wide range of transaction events, with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Jon has advised across a broad spectrum of businesses, including insurance companies and intermediaries, IFAs, wealth managers, real estate funds, fintech firms, and trust and corporate service providers. His expertise spans buy-side and sell-side engagements, including vendor due diligence and vendor assistance.
