Lucy Infante Associate Director - Crisis & Disputes

Lucy is an Associate Director in the Forensic team in the UK. She is an experienced forensic accountant who has worked on a wide range of dispute resolutions, investigations, and other forensic accounting cases.

Experience 

Lucy is a chartered accountant, and her experience includes accounting disputes, breach of contract claims, post-acquisition warranty claims, damages assessments, and valuations, with a particular focus on energy matters.

She is also fluent in English and French.

Lucy has extensive experience assisting in arbitration and litigation proceedings across various industries and sectors. 

She has assisted in the following:

• Fraud proceedings relating to a major energy company in the United States District of Court, Southern District of New York.
• An ICC arbitration relating to the purchase of oil fields in the North Sea.
• An LCIA arbitration proceeding in a post-acquisition dispute in the medical sector.
• An ICC arbitration relating to a gas supply contract dispute.
• An LCIA arbitration relating to an alleged breach of a Promissory note and Deed of Guarantee.
• An LCIA arbitration relating to a breach of warranty claim in the context of the acquisition of a large telecommunications company.
• Assisted a forensic partner instructed to provide Expert accounting advice on the loss suffered by one of the largest ports in India following an allision with a vessel.
• Assisted two forensic partners instructed in the indictment against an individual issued by the US Department of Justice and His Majesty’s Revenue & Customs in the cryptocurrency sector.
• Assisted various forensic partners instructed in the context of expert determinations, either acting as the Independent Determiner and jointly instructed by parties to determine an accounting or financial issue or acting as a party-appointed advisor and assisting draft submissions.
