Mustafa Sharara Manager - Audit & Assurance

Mustafa is an Audit & assurance manager specialising in leading a portfolio of large and public interest entities.

Experience 

Mustafa is an audit manager with eight years of experience leading and coordinating the audit of a wide range of large and complex entities in our Industry & Services business unit. He has extensive international experience of working for the firm and previously for Big Four accountancy firms in Europe, Africa and Asia.

He is passionate about training, coaching and mentoring, often acting as a mentor and a people manager for staff, he is also involved in training activities to pass on knowledge to the next generation to enable them to build for the future.

Mustafa is involved in and contributes to a range of different internal initiatives such as:

• Being a committee member of the Elevate Committee to directly provide input on priority areas to audit leadership, and also to operate as a champion across the audit business.
• Being a steering committee member of the REACH network to support race equality and inclusion within the firm and the wider community, and focus on understanding our differences, sharing experiences, challenging preconceptions, collaborating, and celebrating the uniqueness that everyone brings for inclusion & diversity and audit quality

He speaks English and Arabic.
