Philip is an experienced Director who specialises in providing Audit and assurance services to large and listed entities. He offers tailored solutions to ensure his clients meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Experience

Philip has over a decade of audit experience, working with both UK and international clients in the technology, media, professional services, defence, construction and life sciences sectors. He has also worked with SEC filers and subsidiaries of US Groups reporting under PCAOB standards.

Having started his professional career in New Zealand and also working in audit in Australia, Philip brings a unique perspective to the clients he works with. His role often involves liaising with other audit teams and specialists, experts and consultants supporting his engagements.

Philip has a number of key roles within the firm, notably in connection with innovation and transformation in audit. Philip is involved in various innovation, technology and audit quality-related initiatives, including the project management of our global audit platform in the UK and leading our audit solutions team.

He is also a core team member of our global audit innovation team.
