Rachael is a Tax Director in the East Midlands region providing practical hands-on Tax support for her clients.
She is also a qualified Mental Health First Aider for the firm.
Experience
Rachael has over 25 years of post-qualification experience working primarily with Privately Owned Businesses. Her approach is to be practical and pragmatic, always with a view to help her clients achieve their objectives in a tax-efficient manner. With an eye on the 'big' picture, Rachael provides advice that is joined up and considers the impact from both a corporate and personal level.
She also has experience in supporting client's transition to Employee Ownership recognising the benefits that this can bring.
Work Highlights
Rachael focuses on building strong relationships with her clients and liaises with colleagues across other service lines to ensure an excellent service is provided. In supporting good mental health she is also actively involved in the firm's Inclusivity, Diversity and Wellbeing movement.
