Rachael has significant experience in advising on each stage of a business journey, offering advice not only on finances but also on how to grow and drive the business forward.

Recent projects include;

• Project lead on various finance function reviews with a focus on weaknesses and risk, and implementing changes to optimise finance functions across multiple industries.
• Managing a data migration and audit readiness project for a large not-for-profit organisation with multiple complex workstreams to completion, spanning over 12 months. Working closely and communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, whilst also reporting to an external body.
• Interim FC and FD for a range of businesses, encouraging digital transformation and challenging legacy and historic processes.
